Federal Ministry Of Aviation- Invitation To Tender, Pre-qualification And Expression Of Interest (EoI) Addendum

FEDERAL MINISTRY OF AVIATION INVITATION TO TENDER, PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) TENDER PACKAGE NO. – FMA/PROC/2020/001 CORRIGENDUM

This is to draw the attention of the general public to the above referenced Advertisement of the Federal Ministry of Aviation published in the Federal Tenders Journal, THISDAY and DAILY TRUST Newspapers of Monday 03 August, 2020 and notify all interested bidders of the following corrections:

1. Paragraph 2, Category D, S/N 5, Lot No. FN-W35 in the Federal Tenders Journal should read: “SAFETY AND SECURITY CRITICAL PROJECTS AND AIRPORT VERIFICATION NATIONWIDE: AFL WORKS FOR MURTALA MUHAMMED INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MMA) 18L PARALLEL TAXIWAY B (CAT II)”NOT “SAFETY AND SECURITY CRITICAL PROJECTS AND AIRPORT VERIFICATION NATIONWIDE: AFL WORKS FOR MURTALA” as erroneously published.

2. Paragraph 5.3 (Category D- Pre-Qualification) should read: “Prospective Bidders are to submit Pre-Qualification documents for each desired Lot in two (2) hard copies each of the Technical Bids packaged In a sealed envelope and clearly marked as “Technical Bid”, and addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Aviation, Federal Secretariat (Phase 1), Shehu Shagari Way, Central Business District (CBD). Abuja, NOT Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, FCDA Complex, Area 11, Garki Abuja.”as erroneously stated.

3. Prospective bidders for the above mentioned Category are consequently required to submit Pre Qualification documents clearly labeled as required and deposited in the Tender Box at the address indicated in Paragraph 4 of the original advert, not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, 27th August, 2020.

4. Paragraph 6.3 (Category D Pre-qualification) should read: The Pre-Qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12.00 noon on Thursday, 27 August, 2020, at the SGF Conference Room, Ground Floor Federal Secretariat Phase I, CBD, Abuja. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the address stated in Paragraph 4 of the original advertisement, as the Ministry will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.

The general public is requested to note that all other information contained in the original Advertisement remains valid
