1. Please refer to the above captioned Invitation for bid in the Vanguard and the Nation newspapers both of 10th March 2020. This is to inform all eligible and qualified bidders that amendments have been made to the quantities required in Lots 1 &2 of original publication as follows:
Lot 1 – Procurement of Four (4 ) nos 4X4 Wheel Drive Station Wagon
Lot 2 – Procurement of Eighteen (18) nos 4 WD Double Cabin Pick Up.
Note – All other information remains the same
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Project Coordinator Livelihood Improve Family Enterprise in the Niger Delta ( LIFE-ND) Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Mondays to Friday, except on Public Holidays.

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FMARD) through the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has allocated funds for the implementation of the IFAD assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises in the Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project. This project is aimed at enhancing income, food security and job creation for rural youth and women through Agri-enterprise development on a sustainable basis in the Niger Delta region. LIFE-ND intends to apply part of the funding to payments under the contract for the procurement of Motor Vehicles.
Accordingly, the LIFE-ND invites reputable firms with proven competence and experiences to submit tenders for the execution of the following:

2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the National/IFAD Procurement Guidelines. This bid is open to all bidders in the Country as defined in the Guidelines.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 2 and CAC7
(2) Evidence of Company Income Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018 & 2019) valid till 31st December, 2020.
(3) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(4) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(5) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(6) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018 & 2019).
(7) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the procurement when needed.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira only). The method of payment will be by certified Bank Draft in Favour of IFAD assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise (NPCO-LIFE-ND).The Bidding Documents can be collected by the representative of the Bidder on request.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00am local time on Tuesday 7 April, 2020. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or representatives, who choose to attend at the address below on 7 April, 2020 at 10:00am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of as stated in the table above in local currency.
