INVITATION FOR BID: PROVISION OF VARIOUS HOSPITAL GRADE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, CLEANING SUPPLIES AND MEDICAL DRUGS FOR MAIDUGURI

In the framework of Provision of Various Hospital Grade Medical Equipment, Cleaning Supplies and Medical Drugs, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of the hospital grade equipment, supplies and medical drugs as stipulated in Annex A of this document.

Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty calendar days (60 cd) after submission of Bids and shall be delivered to International Organization for Migraiton (IOM) 55 Hassa Musa Katsina, Asokoro, Abuja By Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at 10.00 hrs (late submission will be rejected).
Soft copy of bid should also be sent electronically by email to iomabujatenders@iom.int
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bidders should provide quotation for items that are available in stock in Nigeria for immediate delivery. Please indicate delivery time on your quotation. Price should include delivery cost to IOM Office of Maiduguri-Borno State.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected
