JIGAWA STATE GOVERNMENT INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/ INVITATION TO TENDER

1. PREAMBLE The Government of Jigawa State through the Ministry of Water Resources hereby invites competent and reputable companies to submit Technical and Financial Bids for the supply of AGO Diesel, service materials and water treatment chemicals.

2. PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of work shall comprise the following;

Lot 1 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Dutse Emirate Headquarter Lot 2 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Hade Emirates Headquarter Lot 3 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Kazaure Emirate Headquarter Lot 4 Procurement of AGO Diesel tor Gumel Emirate Headquarter Lot 5 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Ringim Emirate Headquarter Lot 6 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Dutse/Kiyanwa/lalun/Miga LGA Lot 7 Procurement of AGO Diesel for B/Kuda Tinen Lot 8 Procurement of AGO Diesel for B/kudu/Boji/Gwaram LGA Lot 9 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Auto/Mallam Madori Kirikasanima/Ciuri/Birniwa LGA Lot 10 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Gwiwa/Rani/Yankil ature LGA Lot 11 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Sule Tankarkar/Gagarawa/Maigatari/Gumel LGA Lot 12 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Ringian/Taura/Garki/Babura LGA Lot 13 Procurement of AGO Diesel for Kaugama/Kafin Hausa LGA Lot 14 Supply of service materials to water board emirates headquarters water pump stations Lot 15 Supply of service materials to water board water pump stations at 22 LGA Headquarters Lot 16 Supply of services materials to STOWA water Schemes Lot 17 Supply of water treatment chemicals to Karaure water treatment plant Lot 18 Supply of water treatment chemicals to Birnin Kudu water treatment plant

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be considered for pre qualification, interested competent and t able contractors are required to provide verifiable evidence including but not limited to the following documents. a. Certificate of incorporation with Cooperate Affairs Commission; b. Certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association c. Evidence of registration with Jigawa State Works Registration Board: d. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, e. Audited account for the last one (1) years f. VAT registration and evidence of past remittance, g. Evidence of financial capability and banking support. h. 2% Bid security of total aunt quoted. i. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a forwarding letter under the company’s Letterhead Paper bearing the CAC Registration Number (RC), Contact Address Telephone Number (preferably GSM No) ande-mail address.

Any prospective bidder that does not possess any of the above documents should not apply

4. COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT AND COMPANY PROFILE Interested firms are to collect the Tender documents from the office of the Director planning of the Ministry, Block B New State Secretariat complex Dutse on payment of non refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira only (N10,000), Collection tender documents shall commence from Thursday 16th April, 2020 between 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday , except on public holidays. Completed tender document and company profile, which shall be in three copies (one original and two photocopies) are to be submitted in sealed envelope marked with companies bid invitation number at the top left hand side, and address to: The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water Resources, Block B New State Secretariat complex, Dutse Sealed envelope director planning Office until 12.00 hours Thursday, 30th April 2020. Bid opening shall take place at sentence the Ministry of water resources block B new state secretariat complex Dutse Jigawa State by 12 noon. The representative of the bidders and the general public are invited to witness the public opening of the bid.
