INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN SOME REHABILITATION CENTRES IN THE STATE UNDER THE 2020 CAPITAL PROJECTS
INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
Kaduna State Government is constructing three new additional rehabilitation centres and upgrading existing ones in the State to enable persons living with disability to acquire skills and become self-reliant.

Collection of Financial Tender Documents Interested companies/firms can obtain the Tender Document, from THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, KADUNA STATE the REHABILITATION BOARD, 13 KIGO ROAD, KADUNA between the hours 9.00AM – 4.00PM Mondays to Fridays starting from Tuesday, 24 March 2020, at a non-refundable tender fee of:
i. N100,000.00 for lot A
ii. N50,000.00 for lot B, D and F
iii. N60,000.00 for lot C and E
Via Bank Draft payable to the Kaduna State Government.
SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
a) Completed Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted in three (3) hard copies each (Original, Duplicate and Control copies).
b) The Technical and Financial bids must be inserted in separate sealed envelopment clearly marked “Technical Bid” and “Financial bid.”
c) All the envelops must bear the name and contact number of Bidder at the rear sides while the ‘Project Description’ and ‘Lot No.’ clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelopes and address to: The Executive Director, Kaduna State Rehabilitation Board, No. 13, Abubakar Kigo Road, Kaduna.
d) The Original and Duplicate copies of the Technical and Financial bids shall be placed in a large outer envelope which shall be dropped into the Bid Box.
e) The Control copies of the Technical and Financial Bid documents shall be marked at the top right-hand side as ‘Control Copy’, and dropped in the Control Box.
f) Failure to comply with this requirement of separate and sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Documents shall lead to disqualification.
g) The submission shall be made not later than 12.00Hrs Nigerian time Tuesday, 7 April 2020
