INVITATION TO BID FOR ENFORCEMENT/OPERATIONS EQUIPMENT AND LOGISTICS

1.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
The Kaduna State Traffic Law Enforcement Authority (KASTLEA) seeks to improve efficiency of service delivery by implementing relevant projects in its various departments from its year 2020 budget. The procurement will enhance the Authority’s functions to Traffic Law Enforcement in line with the urban reformation agenda of the State Government.
2.0 SCOPE/DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
Lot 1 – Supply of 150 Walkie Talkies Long Ranges (VHF Radio Repeaters)
Lot 2a – Upgrade (Phase II) of KASTLEA Monitoring, Command & Control Center in Kaduna Metropolis
Lot 2b – Creation of Monitoring, Command & Control Center in Zaria & Kafanchan
Lot 3 – Supply of 2,300 ID Cards with embedded Bar Code
Lot 4 – Internet Network Expansion to six zones within Kaduna Metropolis (Zones 1, 2,3,4,5 & 10)
Lot 5 – Supply of 300 No Traffic Cones + 200 No Traffic Batons
Lot 6 – Supply of 50 Heavy Duty Wheel Clamps & 250 small wheel clamps
Lot 7 – Supply of 2,300 Branded Pullover Jackets
Lot 8 – Supply of 4,800 Uniform set
Lot 9 – Printing of 2,300 Ranks Badges + 2,300 Name Tags + Supply of 2,300 Lanyards

Interested companies/firms can obtain the Tender Documents from 2nd June 2020 between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays at a non-refundable fees payable to Kaduna State Government via Bank Draft, from the Address Below:
