INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF JEBBA WATERWORKS
DEADLINE: 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2020
The Ministry of Water Resources is hereby inviting Interested, reputable, and qualified contractors with relevant experience and good track records necessary for the construction of Jebba Water Works.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Prospective bidders must possess the under listed requirement to be eligible to undertake construction of this project:
a. Evidence of Registration with State Ministry of Works.
b. Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
c. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issues by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
d. Evidence of Company’s income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3)year’s valid till 31st December, 2020
e. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018 & 2019).
f. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank.
g. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letter of Awards, Valuation/Job Completion Certificate and Photographs of projects.
h. List of Plant/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease agreement.
i. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes.
j. Payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N20,0000.00) only,
SUBMISSION:
Bids are to be submitted to the Office of the Permanent Secretary in sealed envelopes marked: TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF JEBBA WATERWORKS within two weeks of this publication (18 September 2020). Tender fee should be remitted to ACCOUNT NO: 0034886758 GTB (KWARA STATE, IGR ACCOUNT).
