MANAGEMENT SCIENCE FOR HEALTH (MSH ) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST REOI TITLE: PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF NHMIS DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING TOOLS (FOR THE GLOBAL FUND – RSSH PROJECT)

The MSH RSSH Program is requesting Interested and competent printing firms that meet the eligibility criteria below to express their interest and submit supporting documents for the PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF THE FOLLOWING NHMIS DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING TOOLS

The items will be required to be delivered to state capitals. A complete detail of the entire scope and list of delivery points will be part of the RFQ that will be issued to the interested parties who would have successfully passed the eligibility criteria stated in point 1 below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Please read this section carefully and ensure that the entire requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information.

Submission should be comprehensive and address all requirements as stated below in chronological order:

(1) Detailed Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization, organogram and C V’s of staff. (2) Evidence of valid and active company registration (i.e. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, forms CAC2 & CAC7). (3) Evidence of payment of tax (tax clearance certificate) for the last three years; 2016, 2017 & 2018. (4) Audited financial statements fertile last three years’ 2016, 2017 & 2018. (5) Five (5) verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed each valuing at least twenty million Naira (NGN20,000,000) in the past five (5) years including copies of job orders/contracts and job completion certificate. Only the companies that meet all the eligibility criteria will be asked to submit a formal proposal.

A. EOI SUBMISSION: All documents required by this REOI can either be submitted in a sealed envelope at the designated location stated below or by sending an email to bids_nigeria@msh.org NOT LATER THAN 4.00PM (Nigeria Time) on February 6, 2020.

For all hard copy submissions, all required documents must be duly registered m the bid register before placement in the bid box.

Vendors must clearly marked their submission with the Title or email subject: EOI FOR THE PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF NHMIS DATA

COLLECTION AND REPORTING TOOLS MSH Staff will be available to respond to any clarification/questions from the date of this publication till 12 noon (Nigeria Time) February 3, 2020 in relation to this REOI advert through bids_nigeria@msh.org

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of MSH or any other organization/associated agency, nor does it commit to pay for any costs/liability incurred in the preparation or submission of EOI.

MSH reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI, and to cancel the entire bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to making the award, without thereby incurring any cost/liability to bidders or any obligation to inform bidders of the grounds for MSH.

MSH looks forward to making an award to the most advantageous offer and due to shortage of processing and implementation time, only shortlisted entities will be contacted for final selection. Individual enquiries will not be entertained for determination of status of applications and feedback on the process and regrets will not be sent to unsuccessful bidders.

If any potential vendors responding to this REOI are found to have offered anything of value to any member of MSH staff, they will be disqualified from participation in this bidding process and may be disqualified for any future procurement with MSH. MSH staff are instructed not to request or accept anything of value from vendors.
