Oyo State House Of Assembly - Invitation To Bids Supply Of Empowerment Materials (7) Lots

OYO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS P.M.B 5018, SECRETARIAT, IBADAN INVITATION TO BIDS SUPPLY OF EMPOWERMENT MATERIALS

1. This invitation for bids follows the Budgetary Allocation from Oyo State Government.

2. The Oyo State House of Assembly (OYSHA) has received a budgetary allocation towards the cost of 2020 Constituency Empowerment Programmes (Phase 1) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget of payments under the contract for procurement of equipment.

3. The OYSHA now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following:

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the OYSBPP Guidelines: Procurement of Goods are open to all bidders defined in the Guidelines

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further Information from Oyo State House of Assembly.

6. Qualifications requirement include the underlisted and additional details provided in the Bidding Documents. (a) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission; (b) Verifiable list of previous works carried out in the recent past (copies of completion, certificates/final payment certificates should be attached; (c) Evidence of payment of Personal Income Tax by two (2) Company’s Directors (d) Evidence of registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement Oyo State, (e) Evidence of Remittance of VAT; (f) Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with the Oyo State Ministry of Trade, Investment and Cooperatives. (g) Sworn Affidavit that no member of OYSHA or Staff of BPP is a Director of the Company and that all documents submitted are true.

7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable sum of N 100,000.00 only. The method of payment (Account) and the Bidding Documents will be collected by hand from the office of the Director (Administration and Supplies) Room 57, Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat Ibadan.

8. Bids must be sealed and submitted to the Office of the Clerk of the House, Oyo State House of Assembly between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm of the working days and within two (2) weeks of this publication. ( 8th April, 2020 ).

All Bids should be addressed to the Clerk of the House, Oyo State House of Assembly and marked on Top left corner, Tender for the supply of Empowerment materials. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.

9. Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the Conference Room, Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Ibadan. Please note that the Management of the House of Assembly is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular Bid.
