ADVERTISING PRACTITIONERS COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (APCON)
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FROM AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT AND INSIGHT PROVIDERS WHO WISH TO DELIVER AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT SERVICES ON NIGERIAN MEDIA PLATFORMS TO THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND CULTURE
The Federal Government has approved the establishment of a robust industry-
wide, technology-enabled Audience Measurement System (AMS) covering TV,
Radio and other media for the broadcast and advertising industry in Nigeria.
Sequel to the above, the Honourable Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji
Lai Mohammed has authorized the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria
JAPCON) to request for proposal (RIP) from audience measurement and insight
providers who wish to deliver audience measurement services on Nigerian
media platforms.
