INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Agbado/Oke-Odo local council development area among other things is statutorily responsible for the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of roads, Schools, Hospitals (primary Health Care) for the benefit of the citizenry.
In order to meet this mandate for 2021, the Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA hereby invites expression of interest from prospective Contractors/ Consultants/ Suppliers with the objective of pre-qualifying these Contractors/Consultants/ Suppliers to develop a database of service providers with which Agbado/ Oke-Odo LCDA will partner in the subsequent bidding process and contract awards.
(2.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS CATEGORY A: WORKS

(3.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Expression of Interest must be submitted in the following order.
(a) Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the three (3) HEADINGS (Goods, Works, and Consulting Services) with Company profile.
(b) Certificate of Incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
( c) Company’s Audited Accounts for the years (2018, 2019, and 2020)
(d) Evidence of financial/technical capability from a reputable bank capable and willing to provide credit line/Equipment as the case may be
(e) Evidence of similar nature of the project with verifiable letter of contract award, within the Last two years from 2019.
(f) Evidence of technical partnership/joint venture when necessary.
( g) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA contractor registration receipt.
NOTE:
(i) EIO/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about the area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization.
(ii) Interested applicants must note that the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level.
(iii) The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a Commitment on the part of the Agbado Oke-Odo Local Council Development area to Award any contract.
(iv) The cost for this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation.

(vi) Payment of a Non Refundable fee of N10, 000.00 for bidding documents.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Applications must be enclosed in a sealed envelope as addressed to the executive chairman, Agbado Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area Secretariat Lagos, and delivered at the procurement office on or before 12:00 hour on Thursday 30 September 2021.
