DEADLINE: 24TH MARCH, 2021 CREATIVE ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PRINTING OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.

On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to indicate an interest in submitting offers for printing of educational materials.

The Contractor must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.

It is Creative's intent to award this contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

The Government of Nigeria and the U.S. Agency for International Development encourages and welcomes in this activity the participation, to the fullest extent possible, of minorities and women both as individuals and as members of contracting or subcontracting firms.

Firms making offers for the printing of educational material must be duly registered to conduct business in Nigeria and in compliance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.

Bidders can ask questions until 20thMarch 2021.At dose of business on 20thMarch 2021, the period for questions will close, and no further questions will be accepted. Creative will provide answers to all questions asked and post these answers at the same location. Bidders are required to check back at the "Procurement Notices" page for answers and any updates to the RFP. These will be saved in the same location as the RFP. Telephone ande-mail requests will not be honored.

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
