ADDENDUM
RE: INVITATION TO TENDER
The Federal capital Territory Administration (FCTA.) Tenders Board wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the General Public to its earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tender Journal, the Leadership and the Nation Newspaper of 25th of October, 2021 on Invitation to Tender and the Addendum published in the Leadership and the Nation Newspaper of 8th of November, 2021 correcting the submission/opening date to Tuesday, 7th of December, 2021.
Interested bidders for projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC) [Routine Maintenance and Security of Streetlights Installations (Lots FMM 01 to FMM 021) & Routine Maintenance and Management of Facilities (Lots FMM 022 to FMM 029) are hereby informed as follows; –
(a) The Projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC) are Non- Consultancy Services, thus Financial Bids whose value equals or exceed N100 Million (One Hundred Million Naira) shall be accompanied with a Tender Security of not less than 2% of Bid Price in the form of a Bank Guarantee, in the format of Form W-3 from a reputable Nigerian Bank;
(b) The submission/opening date for Projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC) and FCT Universal Basic Education Board have been extended to Tuesday, 14 December, 2021
( c) All other information contained in that publication remain valid.
Note that: Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The bids Opening will be covered by video recording (invitation link will be sent to bidders to join the bid opening online) with the physical presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organisation in the area of anti-corruption/Transparency.
