INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) FOR MAINTENANCE OF OLUSHOSUN AND SOLOUS DUMPSITES

(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has secured necessary approval to execute above project as part of its statutory mandate. In compliance with the requirement of Lagos State Public Procurement Law 2011, LAWMA now invite sealed bid from competent bidders on Selective Tendering Method basis for the Maintenance of Olushosun and Solous Dumpsites
(2.0) NAME OF PROJECT: MAINTENANCE OF OLUSHOSUN AND SOLOUS DUMPSITES
(3.0) Bidding will be conducted through Selective Tendering Method procedure as specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Guidelines.
(4.0) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
(1) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
(2) Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate corresponding with the Company annual turnover for three years 2018, 2019 & 2020 (expiring by 31/12/2020).
(3) Possession of experience as Prime Contractor in at least (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contract award and certificate of job completion within the last five years.
(4) Detailed Company profile and Organization structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical / Managerial).
(5) Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from a reputable bank).
(6) Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittances for the last three years.
(7) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (2018, 2019 & 2020).
(8) Evidence of registration as a Contractor with appropriate class, with Lagos State Government.
(9) Sworn Affidavit confirming that all documents submitted are authentic.
(10) All copies of all the documents provided in the bid shall be signed by the person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the bidder.
(5.0) COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF BID
(5.1) A complete set of Bidding Document in (English Language) may be purchase by your company at the Authority upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only, payment should be made to Government account, details of the account should be taking at the Account Department, LAWMA Ijora. The Bidding Document may be collected by hand or sent by Courier at bidder’s expense.
(5.2) One (1) original copy and two other copies of bids are to be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘MAINTENANCE OF OLUSHOSUN AND SOLOUS DUMPSITES) with the IFB number clearly indicated on the outer envelope.
(5.3) Bid should be addressed to The Managing Director/CEO, Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), 3 Otto Road, Ijora Olopa, Lagos, and delivered at the same address on or before 12:00 Noon on Friday, 18 June, 2021.
(5.5) Bid will be opened on Friday, 18 June, 2021, by 12:00 Noon at the Board Room of LAWMA, 3 Otto Road, Ijora Olopa, Lagos.

The submission of these documents in response to this invitation shall not entitle you to any claims against Lagos State Government or Lagos Waste Management Authority. All costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with response to this invitation are on the account of the bidders only.
