EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Malteser International is the worldwide humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Its mandate is to provide relief and recovery during and following conflicts and disasters. With more than 60 years of continuous experience, Malteser International provides transitional aid and assistance to reduce the risk of future disasters-remaining present long-term at the scene of more protracted crises.
Malteser International invites eligible providers to submit tender for framework agreement for the below listed activities, in various Local Government Areas in Borno State, Nigeria for the period of one year (April 2021 till March 2022)
- Construction of 40 Latrine blocks with 5 compartment each
- Construction of 15 shower blocks with 5 compartment each
- Construction of 398 single Household Latrine blocks
Interested and eligible firms are advised to send their expression of interest in request for tender document along with the below listed documents through procurement-nigeria@malteser-international.org until Friday 23rd April 2021 till 4:00 pm.
1. Certificate of Incorporation/ Business Registration Certificate (where applicable),
2. Tax Compliance Certificate (most recent at least from 2018-2020)
3. Utility bill/Address confirmation
Failure to send those documents might lead to disqualification.
Complete required documents with the Tender Reference Number as indicated in the specification of bidding as the subject of the email should be submitted via email to procurement-nigeria@malteser-international.org
The deadline for submission of tender documents will be 30th April 2021 till 4:00pm. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
Malteser International reserves the right to accept or reject an application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
