INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND BIDDING FOR 2012 TO 2016 FGN-SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS
The Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board, (SUBEB) Lafia hereby invites interested and experienced contractors / suppliers to express their interest for prequalification for the following projects:
(1.0) 2012 – 2016 FGN-UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS
S/N LOTS DESCRIPTION (i) Lot 89A Construction of Perimeter Fence to complement the existing one at Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (ii) Lot 90A Construction of a block of 200 capacity Female Dormitory and Beddings, including Perimeter Fence @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (iii) Lot 91A Connection of the School Electricity to National Grid (33 KVA Source) @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (iv) Lot 92A Supply of 200 KvaSp Mikano Generator, powered by Yore Engine including Installation @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (v) Lot 93A Supply of furniture (Metal and Wood) Dual Desks (50mm x 50mm Black metal iron pipe) with seasoned MDF plywood wood (19mm) {160 Units, 8 sets}@ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (vi) Lot 94A Supply of 20 No. Magnetic White Boards (Dry Eraser 1.2 x 3.6m) and Markers to Workshops and Classrooms @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (vii) Lot 95A General supply and Additional Electricals including Bus Bar (6 Units), to complement the existing facilities, @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (viii) Lot 96A Supply of Projectors (3000 Lumax) with Pointers (2 Units) @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia (ix) Lot 97A Supply and Installation of Equipment/Furnishing of Laboratory @ GJSS, Relevant Technology, Lafia (x) Lot 96B Supply and Installation of Equipment/Furnishing of Laboratory @ Comprehensive Special School, Lafia (xi) Lot 97B Supply and Installation of Equipment/Furnishing of Laboratory @ Special School for the Deaf, Keana (xii) Lot 98B Supply and Installation of Equipment/Furnishing of Laboratory @ GJSS, Relevant Technology, Doma (xiii) Lot 99B Supply and Installation of Equipment/Furnishing of Laboratory @ GJSS, Relevant Technology,Wamba (xiv) Lot 102E Supply and Installation of Equipment/Machinery for 7 trades namely: Refrigeration and Air Condition; Fitting Machines; Welding and Fabrications; Electrical/Electronics; Carpentry & Joinery and Information Communication Technology (ICT) @ Skills Acquisition Centre, Lafia
(2.0) PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All prospective interested companies shall be required to submit the following prequalification documents:
(a) Contractors’ Resume/Profile
(b) Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(c) Up-to-date Tax Clearance
(d) Update Registration as a contractor with the Nasarawa SUBEB
(e) Financial Capability
(f) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs handled in the last 3 years
(g) Interim Registration Report from BPP
(h) PenCom Certificate
(i) Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
(3.0) SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All prequalification documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope Marked “YEAR 2012 To 2016 FGN- UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECT” and addressed to:

All applications to be submitted, not later than 2 weeks from the date of this publication (i.e 28 April 2021)
NOTE:
(a) Please note that only successful prequalified contractors would be considered to Bid for the relevant proposed projects.
(b) The Board is not bound to pre-qualify any Bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liability in accordance with the relevant sections of the Public Procurement Act (2007) as amended
