NIGERIAN COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
SUBMISSION OF INTENTION TO BID DEPOSIT (IBD) IN RESPECT OF 3.5 GIGAHERTZ (GHz) SPECTRUM AUCTION
The Nigerian Communications Commission wishes to inform the General Public that the following companies have met the criteria for participation in the licensing process of 3.5 GHz Spectrum, including payment of the stipulated Intention to Bid Deposit (IBD) as outlined in the Information Memorandum (IM):
(1) MTN Nigeria PLC
(2) Mafab Communication Limited
(3) Airtel Networks Limited
Accordingly, the three companies have qualified as Approved Bidders, and will therefore participate in the Auction as well as in the mandatory Mock Auction process as scheduled below:
