The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Oyo State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project (IUFMP) and intends that part of the proceed towards payments under the contract for the Y2021 Dredging of Selected Streams, Rivers and De-silting of Drainages in Ibadan City of Oyo State.
The Oyo State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Y2021 Dredging of Selected Streams, Rivers and De- silting of Drainages in Ibadan City of Oyo State as detailed below;

Bidding Procedures
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Small Works under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (‘“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on Conflict of Interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project, through the Acting Project Coordinator or Email: iufmppprocure@gmail.com and may also inspect bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m – 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday at the address given below.
Payment for Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty thousand Naira Only (Only). The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favour of Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project.
Bid submission & Opening Date
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon local (Nigerian) time on Thursday 3 June, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below by 12:00 noon local (Nigerian) time on Thursday 3 June, 2021.
