DEADLINE: 4TH NOVEMBER, 2021 OYO STATE GOVERNMENT EGBEDA LOCAL GOVERNMENT, IBADAN INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR PROJECT EXECUTION

INTRODUCTION: Further to our publication dated 8th May, 2021 in the Nigeria Tribune Newspaper in respect of underlisted projects, the Executive Governor of OYO state Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE directed and approved for a More transparent and inclusive bidding process that request for Bids be re-advertise and deadline for submission be extended till 4 November 2021 for reputable interested Bidders.

Against this background in compliance with the best practice guidelines and Oyo State Public procurement Law (2010) the management hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested relevant companies with requisite expertise and experience to submit their EOl in respect of the underlisted projects for Execution

S/N LOT DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT LOCATION 1 Lot “A” Construction of a Drainage Double Cell Box Culvert (42 x36x12m) Attached with Reinforced Concrete Retaining Wall and Reinforced Wall and Reinforced Concrete Drainages Including Laterite Filling and Dredging of the Stream at Ogundipe Ikumopayi Area. Olodo Ogundipe Community, Ikumopayi Area, Olodo, Ibadan 2 Lot “B” Construction of A SINGLE BOX CULVERT ( 2.0 X 12.98) ATTACHED WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE LINE DRAINAGE Including Laterite Filling and Dredging of the Water ways at Ogundipe, Ikumopayi Area, Olodo, Ibadan Ogundipe Community Ikumopayi Area Olodo. Ibadan

Eligibility /Requirement for Prequalification

Interested Company and or Contractors should submit their (EOI) documents along with the following:

Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Evidence of Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) Evident of Registration as contractor with Egbeda Local Government, Three (3) years Current Tax Clearance of FIRS for 2020, 2019 and 2018 Three (3) years Audited Accounts of the Company for 2020, 2019 and 2018 respectively Evidence of similar projects executed in the past A sworn affidavit that the Company is not bankrupt A sworn affidavit that none of the directors of the company is insolvent, not previously convicted or under any petition or criminal investigation relating to fraud or financial impropriety or falsification of record and misrepresentation on any matter Oyo State Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) current personal income tax clearance certificate of two director of the company for the last three of 2020, 2019 and 2018 Evidence of VAT remittance Letter of consent to allow background check of all document submitted to us Evidence of payment of Oyo State Development Levy Evidence of bank teller and receipt issued for the payment of Two hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000=00) for the bids document.

Note : Documents for submission must be accompanied with a covering letter personally signed by the Chief Executive Officer or Chairman of the Company to the office Of the HEAD OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION, Egheda Local Government off Ibadan lle-lfe Express dual carriage road.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to submit one (1) original and two (2) photocopies of their tenders documents in sealed envelope and addressed to the: Chairman Egbeda Local Government Ibadan, Oyo State and clearly marked “TENDER DOCUMENTS” and delivered not later than 1pm on 4 November, 2021.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Company and contractor is expected to collect Bids document from the office of the Head of Local Government Administration upon payment of a sum of Two Hundred and Fifty thousand (N 250,000=00) naira only to the designated account stated bellow:

OPENING OF TENDER ACCOUNT DOCUMENTS All Tenders documents received before the expiration of the date stated above as deadline for submission will be opened through a competitive bidding process on 5 November, 2021.

It is important to note that late submission will not be entertained. The Local Government will only contact those pre-qualified based on the best practices assessment standard to attend and witness the opening exercise on Friday, 5 November, 2021.
