REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF CLOSE CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) SYSTEM AT A U.SGOVERNMENT COMPOUND (HAVARD)

The Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja invites you to submit a quotation for furnishing and installation of Close Circuit Television (CCTV) System at a U.S Government compound (Harvard) at # 7 Thames Street Maitama Abuja.
Your quotation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in an email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov on or before COB September 9, 2021 (Local Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your email must be titled “RFQ# PR10173698 for Installation of CCTV at Harvard compound.”
The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as below:
Date: August 31, 2021
Time: 11am,
Venue: Harvard compound, # 7 Thames Street Maitama, Abuja.
Prospective offerors/quoters should send the names of their representatives (no more than one per company) to Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than August 30th, 2021 at 12 noon to secure entry into the compound.
Direct any questions regarding this RFQ to Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than August 30, 2021.
