DEADLINE: 5TH JANUARY, 2022 UNITED STATES EMBASSY, ABUJA REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROVISION OF FIBER OPTIC BASED INTERNET SERVICE (DOOR-TO-DOOR) PR10443323

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Fiber Optic Based Internet Service (Door-to-Door):Last Mile with 1000MBPS (1GBPS) Downstream for the DSTPO Link at the Embassy Compound, located at Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja. The Embassy intends to award a Purchase Order/Contract for this requirement for one year, and invoices shall be submitted for payment after each quarter of satisfactory performance.

You are invited to submit a quotation/proposal for one year showing monthly cost.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line ; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver). Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, please you are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT eligible for award. Deadline for offer submission is January 5, 2021. Each offer must be in two separate attachments as below: Technical Proposal: Which includes your technical approach, methodology, schedule, etc for meeting the requirements, CAC certification, as well as your past experience [ 5 years minimum with contact information (email address/phone number) of past and current clients ] , etc. Financial Proposal
