Water Aid hereby solicits closed bids from suitable registered automobile dealing Companies to provide the following vehicle:

Qualification criteria: the bidders should submit with their tender the documents specified below:

Detail quotation on Company Letter Headed paper with specification, terms of payment, and delivery at WaterAid office in Abuja. Certificate of incorporation and business registration. Current tax clearance certificate Complete tender document marked “original”

The tender submission shall be sealed in an A3 envelope which shall conspicuously bear the words Tender for “Supply of Official vehicle”.

Note also that WaterAid will deduct Withholding Tax (WHT) and Stamp Duty on your behalf and remit to the relevant tax authority.
