(EXTENSION TO DEADLINE OF CALL FOR SHORT PROPOSALS)
On 3 May, GIZ’s MOVE-CARI launched a call for proposals for its Matching Fund. The Matching Fund is a co-financing mechanism to engage private sector partners to co-invest in activities that strengthen rice value chains in West Africa. Partners from Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone were invited to apply, either individually or as a consortium.
MOVE-CARI wishes to officially announce the extension of the deadline for the call for short proposals under its Matching Fund by two weeks, from the original deadline of 3 June 2022.
Therefore, all applications received before 17 June 2022 will be considered for support. If you have already submitted an application and wish to make changes to your proposal, you may revise and resubmit it before the new deadline of 17 June 2022.
Please find the announcement, application guidelines, short proposal and letter of intent templates under the “Downloads” tab on our website at www.cari-project.org. All applicants must apply by submitting the required documents to cari@giz.de no later than 17 June 2022.
If you have any questions about the Matching Fund or the application process, please contact the MOVE-CARI team directly at cari@giz.de
