INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOW POUR FUEL OIL (LPFO) LOCATED AT EGBIN POWER STATION, JEDE LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREA, LAGOS
BACKGROUND
Egbin Power Plc (our “Company’) has over 24 million liters of Low Pour Fuel OGil (LPFO) in storage tanks at Egbin Power Station for sale. For this purpose, our Company Is hereby requesting for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies and suitable firms for the purchase of the LPFO.
Our Company will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly; and accordingly, intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to the Eol respondents, providing relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill our Company’s requirements. A detailed Scope of Work (SOW) will be provided to respondents
who are eventually shortlisted for receipt of the ITB documents
REQUIREMENTS FOR EOI SUBMISSION
- Company Profile
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of Department of Petroleum Resource (DPR) License to trade or its equivalent
- Evidence of financial capability/availability of requisite financial resources from reputable bank
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The EOl documents shall be submitted by email to LPFO@egbin-power.com with the subject header marked “EOI-SALE OF LOW POUR FUEL OIL” not later than 5.00 pm, Thursday, February 3, 2022.
Please note that this request for EOl is not an invitation for submission of a bid.
The submission of an EOl will not automatically guarantee the receipt of the (ITB) documents, as Egbin Power Plc reserves the right to reject EOls where they are received after the deadline indicated above or if requirements are not satisfactorily met
