2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Program Phase-1 (ATASP-1). It is intended that part of the proceeds of the loan will be applied to payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
