DEADLINE: 1ST JUNE, 2022 GERMAN COOPERATION EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) PICK-UP VEHICLE

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Green Innovation Centre for the Agriculture and Food Sector- EU Kofi”, Co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “1 Pick Up Vehicle” with the following minimum specifications:

2017 model minimum with the following but not limited specifications; Engine capacity from minimum 2.4ltrs to max 3.0litres, petrol engine, Full 4x4WD, Manual Transmission minimum 5 speed, Power train minimum 144hp to maximum 171hp, minimum fuel tank capacity 65 Liters, Driver and Passenger Airbags, Power Steering, Proper all terrain off road tyres, Power windows, Double Cabin, Shell Specs, Full Air Condition, CD/FM USB radio player, Fabric seat, ABS, Bright Colours, Disc Brakes front and Rear, Central lock, Keyless entry (optional), Spare Tyre, Jack

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following;

(a) Comprehensive company profile

(b) An official letter expressing interest,

(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association dearly indicating business area in vehicle sales.

(d) Evidence of being certified dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates

(e) Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 120,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent.

(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of vehicles with minim value of 120,000,000 naira per evidence).Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/References.
