EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT OF BRICKLAYING EQUIPMENT
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ SKYE, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to procure “BRICKLAYING EQUIPMENT” with the following but not limited specification;
Lot 1: Trowel bricks, chisels (flat and pointed), shovel, Head pan, Hawk, Pointing trowel, Metal float, Wooden float, Dusters, soft brush, wire brush, Bricklaying saw, Steel bucket, Wheelbarrow, Hand held power driller with cords,
Lot 2: Spirit level, Straight edge, Lines and pins, Measuring tape, Iron square, Metal range, Aluminium plumb bob, Drawing instrument, Concrete tube test machine, Compacting test apparatus, Slump test apparatus, Surveying Compass Theodolite with Tripod,
Lot 3: Concrete mixer, Pan mixer, Poker Vibrator, 10KVA Power generator, Block Moulder, Palletes for 9” Mould, Steel bending machine, Electrical power saw, Vee bee consistometer apparatus.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) An official letter expressing interest.
(b) Concise company profile
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
(d) Bank Introductory Letter.
(e) Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly Indicating (minimum) average turnover per year (as applicable) for:
(i) Lot 1 -10,000.000 naira;
(ii) Lot 2 -13,100,000 naira;
(iii) Lot 3 – 20,700,000 naira,
(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of Bricklaying Equipment with values that add up to minimum of
(i) Lot 1 -10,000,000 naira;
(ii) Lot 2 -13,100,000 naira;
(iii) Lot 3 – 20,700,000. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle Close Asokoro, Abuja labelled: .

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Wednesday 14 December 2022 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
