IKEJA ELECTRIC PLC (I.E) EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CBN CAPITAL PROJECTS 2022

(1.0) INTRODUCTION Ikeja Electric Plc. (IE) has received a CREDIT facility from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN.) for Accelerated Transmission – Distribution Interface Projects to invest in the DISCOS through rehabilitation and expansion projects.

(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK

(2.1) IKEDC 31 Construction of 1X15MVA Injection Substation at LASPOTECH (i) Construction of Control Room with furnishings, Installation of Electro-mechanical Equipment Preparation of complete switchyard and fencing with security gate (ii) Extension of Fakale 33kV line to the injection substation (iii) Construction of Campus 11kV feeder Ex-LASPOTECH injection substation (iv) Construction of Parafa 11kV feeder Ex-LASPOTECH injection substation (v) Construction of Awolowo Road 11kV feeder Ex-LASPOTECH injection substation (vi) Diversion of Part of Fakale 33kV Feeder Source to Odogunyan Transmission Station

(2.2) IKEDC 33: Construction of 1X15MVA Injection Substation at KWARU (i) Construction of Control Room with furnishings, Installation of Electro-mechanical Equipment, Preparation of complete switch-yard and fencing with security Gates (ii) Construction of extension of Egbe 33kV line to the injection substation (iii) Construction of Asalu 11kV feeder Ex-Kwaru ISS (iv) Construction of Osunba 11kV feeder Ex-Kwaru ISS

(2.3) IKEDC 35 (A) Distribution Transformer Remote Monitoring system of 6234 DT Station on SCADA System

(3.0) CONDITION FOR ELIGIBILITY: In order to be considered for pre-qualification, bidders are required to provide

Information on the following: (a) Evidence of company registration (CAC Certificate, C02, C07 or of Affairs for Business Names).

(b) Detailed company profile including details of key professional staff.

(c) Bank Reference Letter

(d) Proof of Address

(e) Preceding 3 years Audited Accounts / Statement of Accounts

(f) Preceding 3 years ended financial Tax Clearance Certificate (2019, 2020, 2021).

(g) VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittances.

(h) Evidence of Compliance with Pension Act NSITF, ITF and evidence of remittances.

(i) Evidence of manufacturers accreditation (if applicable)

(j) Evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility (if applicable)

(k) Evidence of Corporate Environmental and Governance Policy (if applicable)

(l) Any other relevant supporting documents that would fast track validation

(4.0) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS A hard copy must be submitted to our office whilst the electronic copy of the document should be forwarded to: Capitalprojects@ikejaelectric.com
