DEADLINE: 1ST MARCH, 2022 NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL IGBOBI, LAGOS INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

1.0. INTRODUCTION The National Orthopaedic Hospital, igbobi-Lagos (NOHIL) hereby invites interested reputable Companies with good track record of performance and experience to bid for the following

LOT 1: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LAUNDRY MACHINES LOT 2: SUPPLY OF UTILITY VEHICLES

2.0. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: a. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C), b. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3)) years, c. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate, d. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of current Interim Registration Report (IRR) or valid Certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Abuja. e. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, f. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate g. Evidence of current Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years, h. Evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing similar projects. i. Evidence of current affidavit disclosing: 1.That The company is not in receivership, insolvent, or bankrupt. 2.That the company does not have any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offense in relation to fraud or financial impropriety. 3. Whether any officer of the relevant Committee of the NOHIL or BPP is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding 4. That all documents submitted for the bidding are true and correct in all particulars.

3.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS: Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect bid documents from the office of the Head of Procurement Department, upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) only using Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Payment account details as follows:

Prospective Bidders shall enclose their Technical documents in a separate envelope (marked TECHNICAL) and the Financial Bid in another envelope (marked FINANCIAL) and the two separate envelopes shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope clearly marked "INVITATION TO TENDER" -LOT NO (indicate the Lot the bid is for) in six (6) sets; one (1) original and five (5) copies. The completed and sealed bid documents should contain the bidder's name on the reverse side of the envelope and be deposited in the Tender Box in the Procurement Department between the hours of 8:00a.m-4:00p.m Monday-Friday.

4.0. CLOSING DATE & OPENING Submission of bid documents closes on Tuesday 1st March 2022, Six (6) weeks of publication at 4:00p.m. Any bid received after the stated date and time shall not be considered. The submitted bids will be opened on Wednesday 2 March 2022 at 10: 00a.m at the Hospital's Old Board Room. Bidders/ Company Representatives and interested members of the public including relevant professional bodies, Civil Society and Non-Governmental Organizations are hereby invited to witness the public opening of the bids.

5.0 PLEASE NOTE THAT i. Technical and Financial bids enclosed in one and same single envelope that will expose the Technical and Financial bid at the same time of opening shall be disqualified. ii. The Evaluation shall be strictly based on the requirements specified above iii. This advertisement is published for information purposes and should not be construed as a commitment or obligation on the part of the NOHIL to award these contracts. iv. The NOHIL is not bound to consider any bid and reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or cancel the procurement proceeding in the public interest. v.
