Public Complaints Commission (PCC)- Invitation To Tender And Expression Of Interest (EOI) For Projects Execution (Corrigendum)

DEADLINE: 26TH AUGUST, 2022 PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION (PCC) 25, AGUIYI IRONSI STREET, MAITAMA, ABUJA INVITATION TO TENDER & EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (CORRIGENDUM)

This is notify the general public and interested bidders of the correction in the Commission’s advertisement on the Federal Tenders Journal publication on 11 July, 2022

Interested bidders are hereby informed of the following corrections below:

(4) COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A AND B) Interested companies are to obtain the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the procurement unit, Ground Floor, Room 04, Public Complaints Commission, 25, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja, upon the presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per lot paid into Remita Account/ TSA ( 0145001001) in favour of Public Complaints Commission (PCC)in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Thereafter bring the teller and Remita reference code to the PCC cash office for Issuance of treasury receipt and further present it to procurement unit to collect Standard Bidding Document. Interested firms in category C & D will not pay at this stage until after shortlisting.

(5) SUBMISSION OF TENDER/EOI DOCUMENTS CATEGORY A AND B Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the LOT desired in two hard copies each for the Technical and Financial Bids, packaged separately in sealed envelope and marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” and put the two together in a bigger sealed envelope address to the Honorable Chief Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission ,25 Aguiyi Irons! Street, Maitama, Abuja. The company’s name and address of the Bidder be written at the back of the envelope and dropped in the Tender Box provided at the reception not later than 12:00 noon on Friday ,26 August 2022; All bidders are advised to register their bids before submission.

CATEGORY C and D Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound copies of Expression of Interest documents in a sealed envelope and address to the Honorable Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, 25 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja and clearly marked with the Name of the Project and Lot Number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the address in 4.0 not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 25 July, 2022.

(7) GENERAL INFORMATION (x) Category C & D: Only short listed firms will be invited at a later date for collection of request of proposals.
