RE–REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION FUND GRANT 2022 (ADDENDUM)
The Rural Electrification Agency wishes to draw the attention of all our interested Renewable Energy Developers and the general public to the earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal, The Nation and ThisDay Newspapers of Monday 11th July, 2022 on the aforementioned j subject-matter, and take note of the following amendments;
(1) Under 3.1 – viii: Sworn affidavit, the last paragraph; “Evidence of experience in executing and operating a Grid Extension Project under a partnership with j any distribution company using a sustainable business model that can benefit from the Fund”, should have been a standalone requirement and NOT under “Sworn Affidavit”.
(2) Under 5.1: “Expression of Interest for REF Call 2 Grant”, should have read “Expression of Interest for REF Call 3 Grant”
(3) Under 5.4: “Submission deadline for Expression of Interest document for all lots by 12 noon, on Monday 20 July, 2020. Documents received after the above deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders who submitted them”, should have read: “Submission deadline for Expression of Interest Documents for all Lots is 12 noon on Monday 1 August, 2022. Documents received after the above deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders who submitted them”.
All other details as earlier published in the aforementioned media remain unchanged, including date.
