INVITATION FOR SITE VISIT AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – PR9105723 – TO INSTALL GOVERNMENT FURNISHED AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR TWENTY (20) RESIDENTIAL LOCATIONS OF THE AMERICAN EMBASSY IN ABUJA :: DUE: APRIL 13, 2020

The AMERICAN EMBASSY ABUJA requests proposals from Electrical Engineering Firms to install Government Furnished Automatic Voltage Regulators for Twenty Embassy residential locations following strictly the attached SOW and Construction/Installation guidelines.

There will be no site visit for this requirement as the five documents provided are sufficient to provide accurate proposals. Questions will be entertained but the last day for sending questions is April 6, 2020 and response to questions will be posted on the site by April 8, 2020.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal., please note the following:

  1. Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings,  (where applicable), along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST have the same subject line and be addressed to Abujaprocurement@state.gov
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is April 13, 2020.

Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
