RE- ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF BACK-UP SOLUTION FOR APPLICATIONS ON LAGOS STATE ENTERPRISE SERVERS

This is to inform the public that the above Advert published on the 20 March, 2020 to 3 April, 2020 has been extended for One week from due to the Lockdown enforced by the Federal Government on Lagos state in regards to the outbreak of the CORONAVIRUS Pandemic. Bidders are enjoined to Bid for the above-mentioned project.

Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology is the state government ministry, charged with the responsibility to plan, devise, and implement the state policies on Science and Technology. The Ministry in line with the THEMES agenda of the administration of Mr. Governor is responsible for the provision of Information Technology services for the State Government through the Lagos State Data Centre (ABAT Centre) which houses enterprise servers critical to the operations of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.

In pursuance of its mandate and in Compliance with the requirement of the procurement ACT, Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology has received approved actions plans in pursuant to the Procurement of Back-Up Solution for Applications on Lagos State Enterprise Servers. Towards this end, Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology hereby Invites experienced, reputable companies to bid for the Procurement of Back-Up Solution for Applications on Lagos State Enterprise Servers.
Bidders are invited to bid for the lot of theirs choice as indicated below:

CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION
(A) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(B) Evidence of Current and Valid Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
(C) Current Tax Clearance Certification of the Company and two directors for the last Three (3) years.
(D) Company profile and organizational structure including names and resume of key staff with genuine reachable addresses and phone numbers
(E) Verifiable list of jobs successfully handled, stating the value in each case.
(F) Certificate of Job Completion with evidence of Letter of Award for at least two jobs executed in the last Five Years.
(G) Evidence of the Company’s Financial capability and Bank support
(H) The Supplier must be a registered dealer
(I) A sworn affidavit that all documents submitted is genuine and verifiable.

BID SUBMISSION:
Bidders shall enclose the original of their Bid in one (1) envelope and all the copies of the Bid in another envelope, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. The two (2) envelopes shall then be enclosed and sealed in one (1) single outer envelope.

The deadline for submission of Bids is:
Date: Wednesday 20 May, 2020 Time: 12.00 noon (Opening of Bid)

Bid should be submitted between the hours of 9am to 3pm daily into a Bid Box located in MoST Reception Area.

N.B Bidders should collect the BID DOCUMENT at the PROCUREMENT OFFICE from 9am – 3pm with a receipt of non-refundable fee of N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only for Procurement of Back-Up Solution for Applications on Lagos State Enterprise Servers.
Payment should be made in favour of Lagos State Government through Bank Draft or Cash to Bank. Ministry Code: 4590000, Revenue Code: 40200097
