INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSAL FOR AIRFIELD SUPPORT SERVICES
INTRODUCTION
Our client is constructing Code 4E Aerodrome in Southern part of Nigeria and require Airfield support service from reputable companies.
INVITATION
Expression of Interest (EOI) is required from registered and reputable companies who are in the aviation sector. The bidders are invited to submit EOI to carry out the under listed services
- Air traffic control system
- Meteorological system
- Airfield lighting system
- Navigation system
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for consideration, interested contractors are requested to submit. EOI containing the following:
(i) Copy of certificate of incorporation (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of registration/2021 Renewal Certificate with the state’s Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau (DPPIB) in the relevant category
(iii) Current tax clearance certificate for the past three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
(iv) Director’s Tax Clearance for the past three years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
(v) VAT Registration/Evidence of Remittances.
(vi) Evidence of financial capacity from a reputable bank
(vii) Evidence of experience in at least 2 jobs of similar nature and complexity within the last 5 years with detailed description of works and evidence of letters of award and completions
(viii) Key technical personnel with relevant professional qualifications
(ix) List of relevant equipment with verifiable evidence of ownership
(x) Evidence of financial capability, having liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability of confirmed positive credit facilities from any reputable bank
(xi) Company profile with business address
(xii) Evidence of similar jobs done
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Completed EOI documents should be submitted within one week from the date of this advert (15 March 2021) in one hard copy and one electronic copy. Please note that short-listed companies will be invited to submit FINANCIAL PROPOSALS.
