In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kogi State NEWMAP hereby issues this Addendum No.2 to amend certain clauses in the issued bidding documents for the Procurement of Works for the Construction and Bioremediation works on Greater Lokoja Water Works gully erosion site as follows:
Section II – Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
ITB 22.1: The deadline for submission of bids is amended to read as follows:
Date: 13, May 2020
Bidders shall have the option of submitting their Bids electronically by email with password protected read-only bid/documents as attachments. The email address for submission is kospmu2014@gmail.com. Kogi State NEWMAP will confirm the receipt of each bid. Copies of certain documents such as bid form, bid securing declaration and power of Attorney will be treated as if they are originals.
ITB 25.1 The deadline for Bid opening is amended as follows
Date: 13, May 2020
Time: 12: 30 pm local time
The following is added to the ITB: The password protected read-only submitted bid shall be opened at the date and time specified above.
For password protected read-only bids submitted by email, the bid opening procedure is as follows: ‘within one hour after the bid submission deadline bidders protected bids to the email address specified in the bidding documents.
ITB 32.1: The date of exchange rate is amended as follows

All other clauses in the issued bidding documents shall remain the same except as amended in this Addendum No.2.
