INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITATION FACILITIES – WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND WATER CLOSET (WC) AND POUR FLUSH TOILETS.

1. The Government of the State of Osun has received a financing from the Federal Government of Nigeria towards the cost of Ilesa Water Supply & Sanitation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of Sanitation Facilities – Waste Water Treatment Plant and Water Closet (WC) and Pour Flush Toilets in South, East and West Zones of Ilesa, Osun State.
2. The Osun State Water Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of Sanitation Facilities comprising of:
(i) Waste Water Treatment Plants-Lots 1, 2 & 3
(ii) Water Closet (WC) and Pour Flush Toilets-Lots 1, 2 &3
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed information from the address stated below and inspect the bidding documents from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150, 000.00) only.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure with post qualification of lowest evaluated most responsive bidder as specified in the Nigeria Public Procurement Act, 2007
5. Submission of completed Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 Noon on 21st October, 2020 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the Contract Price from a Reputable Bank.
6. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10pm on 7th October, 2020 at the office of The Project Coordinator, Project Implementation Unit, Osun State Water Corporation, State Government Secretariat, Abere.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12 Noon on 21st October, 2020 at the office of The Project Coordinator, Project Implementation Unit, Osun State Water Corporation, State Government Secretariat, Abere.
