NLCB REQUEST FOR TENDER NOTICE
Creative Associates International Inc invites qualified firms to indicate interest for Private Security Services in Nigeria.
The NLCB project requires the services of a professional Private Security Services in Nigeria to provide security services for her staff. The security service must be available to all NLCB staff and Assets in Abuja, Maiduguri, Damaturu, Geidam and Mongunu.
Criteria for bidders
1. Bidder may be a registered firm with CAC Certificate
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016, 2017 and 2018
3. Bidders must be a certified security service provide
4. Bidder must demonstrate capability to provide high quality professional and timely security services and risk management advice to the projects locations
5. Bidder must demonstrate capability to ensure physical safety and security of all program personnel and program assets as well as to provide hard security for the work and support to project travelers.
6. Bidder must be able to consolidate NLCB project security management structure in order to date and corporate continuity of security operations, combined with increased security communication and coordination between and amongst our programs
7. Must be able to assist NLCB project to ensure the projects adhere to the creative security policies and procedures, and that project specific security protocols fit well within a corned countrywide approach.
8. Evidence of Registration with Civil Defence
9. List and contact of clients a minimum of International NGOs benefiting from vendor’s security services
10. Bidder must be willing to provide RFP that are valid for a minimum of 60days
