REQUEST FOR QUOTE RFQ #19N10219R0010 FOR WASTE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
CONTRACT DUE: NOVEMBER 20, 2019

Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for waste disposal and recycling services.  If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

If you have any question on this solicitation, please send it to AbujaProcBids@state.gov no later than November 13, 2019, and responses will be sent to all interested Offerors.

Both proposals and questions must be sent to the Contracting Officer via AbujaProcBids@state.gov, with the following subject line ‘Solicitation #19N10219R0010 for Waste Disposal & Recycling Contract’.

The site visit for this solicitation has been scheduled for November 13, 2019 at 9am (local time) at several locations, starting from the Embassy compound, located at Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria. Prospective offerors should send the names of their representatives (one or two per company) to AbujaProcBids@state.gov, no later than 12 noon on November 08, 2019 to arrange access to the compounds.
