EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH “GIZ Programme to build and Strengthening the police structures in Africa – Country Component Nigeria, financed by Federal Foreign office of Germany, would like to procure various IT equipment and Accessories under the following lots:
Lot 1: 177 Units Computers and Accessories, Shredding Machine, etc.
Lot 2: 21 Units Projectors and Accessories
Lot 3: 15 Units Professional Cameras and Accessories
Lot 4: 1 Smart board
Accordingly GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Official letter expressing interest
b. Concise company profile
c. Original Bank Reference letter (copies will not be accepted)
d. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT or camera equipment
e. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT or camera equipment) Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs
f. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN15,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2018
For consideration al interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hard copies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent Asokoro, Abuja labeled:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages otherwise your bid will be not considered. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday November 7th, 2019 from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
