EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) office in Abuja, Nigeria seeks the expression of interest from reputable and reliable vendors to update its Roster of local food suppliers
Interested Food suppliers should request for the Questionnaire by writing to Nigeria.procurement@wfp.org no later than 12:00pm on Friday 1 November 2019.
Expression of Interest for the below food category as well as the following documentation;
Categories of trade items of interest to WFP Abuja office:
(a) Fortified Palm Oil
(b) Fortified Palm Olein
(c) Fortified Vegetable Oil (Vit A and Vit D)
Product specification can be found from WFP website https://foodqualityandsafety.wfp.org/specifications
Minimum Requirements for registration:
(1) Legal business registration with relevant authorities (Corporate Affairs Commission)
(2) Audited financial statement for the last 3 years
(3) Three (3) reference letters from organizations/entities you have had contracts before
This Expression of Interest is only for the purpose of registration of the pre-qualified suppliers in WFP Abuja supplier Roster. A full technical requirement and detail will be provided with a formal solicitation document issued when the food is required at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.

Deadline for submission:
All Expression of Interest MUST be received on or before 12:00pm on Friday 1 November 2019. For further inquiry about this Expression of Interest, please send an e-mail to nigeria.procurement@wfp.org no later than 4:00pm on Monday 28 October 2019.
