INVITATION TO TENDER
A. PREAMBLE
The Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Yobe State, in compliance with the public procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested bidders/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to tender for the supply of:
• Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep
• Toyota Prado Jeep
• Toyota Camry Saloon (2019)
• Toyota Lexus Armored
B. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
Interested suppliers/bidders are to submit their (EOI) documents along with the Following:
(i) Certificate of incorporation
(ii) Registration with Yobe State BPP
(iii) 3 years TAX CLEARANCE
(iv) 3 years audited Account
(v) Evidence of VAT remittance
(vi) Evidence of PENCOM compliance
(vii) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt
(viii) Evidence of financial capacity
(ix) Evidence of at least 3 years similar job executed (certificate of completion)
(x) Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent addressed to the Permanent Secretary Administration and General Services, Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Damaturu, Yobe State.
C. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Interested bidders to submit two (2) copies of their Tender Documents in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Permanent Secretary and clearly marked Tender Documents for the supply of vehicles and delivered to the Office not later than 12:00 noon on the 16 January, 2020.
D. OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENT
All Tender Documents that are received before the deadline of submission will be opened on 16 January, 2020
Note: Only pre-qualified suppliers/bidders will be contacted for award of contract.
