GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR THE YEAR 2019 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT – 2019T/FY04 AND 2020 CAPITAL PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible contractors, suppliers, vendors and the general public that the Polytechnic is to undertake the procurement of this project listed below:

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility requirements shall include but not limited to:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7;
(b) Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
(c) Evidence of current Pension compliance certificate.
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate.
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate.
(f) Evidence of registration on National Data-base of Federal Contractors, Consultants and services provider by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR).
(g) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant Committees of the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
(h) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.
(i) Evidence of Financial capability to execute the Projects by submission of Reference letter from a reputable Commercial Bank.
(j) Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional qualifications.
(k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) SIMILAR Jobs successfully executed in the last five (5) years with names of clients, including Letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job completion certificate and photographs of the projects. Document submitted shall be subject to due diligence without recourse to bidder.

5. Prospective bidders are advised to be on the lookout for Specific Procurement Notice to be published in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards in the near future.
6. The Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this Procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
