The Company is desirous of recovering debt owed it by customers within its franchise area and requires the services of Debt Recovery Agents who are willing to offer their expertise as Agents to the Company to demand and enforce the payment of the debt by the company’s debtors as allocated to it, subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed.
Interested Debt Recovery Agents should submit their respective tenders to procurement Department at PHED Headquarters No.1. Moscow Road, Port Harcourt.

• Evidence of Company’s registration with CAC
