GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (NPN) FOR YEAR 2019 ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS
1. The Abia State University, Uturu Abia State hereby issued a General Procurement Notice to inform eligible contractors, Suppliers, Vendors, and the general public that the College is to undertake the Construction Procurement of Works and Goods under the Year 2019 Tetfund Special High Impact and year 2019 Zonal Intervention Projects.
2. Scope of Works: Allocation of the Year 2019 Tetfund Zonal Intervention Project.
LOT 1: Procurement Installation Testing and Commissioning of Science Laboratory and Engineering Equipment with other various accessories
3. Interested Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the projects mentioned above in Federal Tender Journals. National Dailies and Notice Boards of the institution
4. The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender
5. Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Company’s Audited Account for 3 years, Company Income Tax (CIT) for 3 years, Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM). Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF). Evidence of Financial Capability, Interim Registration Report (IRR) In the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of Contractors Consultants and service providers.
Document submitted shall be subject to due diligence without recourse to bidder.
6. The Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this procurement without incurring any liability to bidders
