TENDER FOR ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT
The DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FUR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT(GIZ) GMBH; through its “GIZ Nigerian Energy Support Programme (NESP) Abuja”, co-financed by the European Unit and the German Government, cordially invites interested and qualified consultants to express their interest.
To establish the core process for the national certification of professionals for seven qualifications in RE and EE, with a selected certification body based in consultation with skills councils.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified consultants to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with: the following:
(a) An official letter expressing interest
(b) Profile of consultant addressing the following
(i) A relevant academic degree in e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Business Management. A master’s degree is an added advantage
(ii) A minimum of the past 3 years’ experience in organizational/institutional development or assessments, business strategy, competency framework (Submit evidence of previous projects (s))
(iii) Experience with Institutional operational audit/strategy formulation or implementation in Nigeria fir at least 2 years (Submit evidence of previous project(s)
(iv) Experience in working as a consultant with development partners (Submit evidence of previous project(s))
(v) Experience in working on training/capacity development projects Submit evidence of previous project (s)
(vi) Experience in development of competency–base tests recruitment and human resource management (Submit evidence of previous project(s)
(vii) Fluent command of the English language is mandatory (proficiency level in reading and writing must be stated in the CV)
For consideration, all interested consultants should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyere Crescent, Asokoro Abuja.

Interested consultant should kindly send in requested documents in hard copy not later than 19/03/2020.
