RIVTAF GOLF ESTATES invites tenders from interested bidders for Provision of the following:

Tender documents detailing the prequalification requirements of the above tenders may be obtained from the Estate office at Block B31 Golf Estate, Port Harcourt, on normal working days from Monday, 16th March, 2020 between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 pm to 4.30p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five thousand naira only (N5,000):

Tender Responses are to be received by 10.00 a.m. on the respective closing dates shown above.
Tenders will be opened promptly after closing and only Pre-Qualified Bidders will be invited to make their technical and commercial submission
Save when responding to RivTaf Golf Estate’s request for a clarification, bidders shall not contact or discuss any aspect of their tenders with RivTaf Golf Estate after tender closing date before receipt of notification of progressing to technical and commercial stage or letters of regret, as applicable. Any such contact shall lead to disqualification of the tenderer.
