CANCELLATION OF INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Reference to our Invitation to Tender and Expression of Interest (EOI) as published in Daily Trust Newspaper of Tuesday, April 7th 2020 (page 21), The Nation Newspaper of Monday, April 6th, 2020 (page 27) and Federal Tender Journal of Monday, 11th May, 2020 (page 5); we hereby inform the general public of our decision to cancel the published advertisements in public interest and on the premise of the Covid-19 restriction on movement which adversely restrained prospective Contractors/Consultants from responding to the Advertisement.
The Ministry regrets the cancellation of the Invitation to Tender and Expression of Interest and appeal to Contractors/Consultants for any inconvenience this might have caused and wish to inform you that the Ministry will always act in public interest and the common good of the Nation.
