INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST BY AUCTIONEERS FOR APPOINTMENT TO SELL LARGE QUANTITY OF SCRAPPED METALS BY AUCTION
1. INTRODUCTION
A reputable Government agency intends to appoint reputable Auctioneers to sell, by auction, some quantity of various scrapped falsification metals/ materials in its Abuja and Lagos offices.
2. INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Interested reputable Auctioneers are therefore invited to forward their expression of interest for prequalification to be appointed as Auctioneer to sell, by auction, the scrapped metals/ materials in its Abuja and Lagos
3. REQUIREMENT FOR PREQUALIFICATION
Interested Auctioneers are hereby required to submit the following along with their expression of interest
(3.1) Copy of Certificate of incorporation.
(3.2) Copy of form CAC 7A.
(3.3) Copy of VAT registration Certificate.
(3.4) Copy of current tax clearance certificate.
(3.5) Evidence of membership of the Nigerian Association of Auctioneers
(3.6) Evidence of registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
(3.7) Evidence of similar projects earned out if any.
(3.8) Audited accounts for the preceding three (3) year.
(3.9) Evidence of capability to execute the project.
(3.10) Evidence of Compliance with statutory provision of Section
6(i-ii) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act (as amended).
(3.11) Non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 in Bank Draft drawn in favour of Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Plc.
(3.12) A sworn affidavit to the effect that no member of the relevant committees of the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Plc.
Or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in your company and that your company does not have any Director who has been convicted in any country for a criminal offence relating to or any financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts, relating to any matter
4. MODE OF SUBMISSION
The expression of interest documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to either Abuja or Lagos office as follows:

5. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
The document should be submitted on or before 12noon of the 2 July, 2020.
6. OPENING OF EXPRESSION
The expression of interest document will be opened by 2nd of July, 2020 by12 noon in the presence of authorized representatives of the Auctioneers as follows:
