1.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
The Kaduna State Traffic Law Enforcement Authority (KASTLEA) seeks to improve the efficiency of service delivery by implementing relevant projects in its various departments from its year 2020 budget. The procurement will enhance the Authority’s functions to Traffic Law Enforcement in line with the urban reformation agenda of the State Government.
2.0 SCOPE/DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
Lot 1a – Training of 249 Marshals – CMA-PM-51 & PMAI-PMAII-198
Lot 1b – Training of 220 Marshals – PMI-MIII
Lot 1c – Training of 1,858 Marshals- PMAIII-MAII
Lot 6 – Human Resource Management System (Hardware Deployment)
Lot 8 – KASTLEA Fleet Management + Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers
Collection of Financial Tender Documents
Interested companies/firms can obtain the Tender Documents from 2nd June 2020 between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays at a non-refundable fees payable to Kaduna State Government via Bank Draft, from the Address Below:
