INVITATION TO TENDER
a) PREAMBLES:
The Ministry of Youth, Sports, Social & Community Development in compliance with the Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested Bidders with requisite expertise and experience to tender for the:
- Construction of Stadium/Community Sports Centre at Buni Yadi Town Gujba LGA, Yobe State
The project consists of Main Bowl and Football Pitch, Grand Stand, Popular Stand, Centre Referee and Linesmen Residence, Gate House, Restaurants, 3Nos 6 Compartment Public Toilets, Chain-link Fencing Ware, Mechanical Workshop, 2 Nos Volleyball, 2Nos Basketball, 2Nos Tennis, Handball, Badminton and High Jump Courts.
b) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Interested bidders should submit their (EOI) documents along with the following
i. Certificate of incorporation with CAC
ii. Registration with Yobe State BPP
iii. 3 years Current Tax Clearance
iv. 3 years audited accounts
v. Evidence of VAT remittances
vi. Evidence of PENCOM compliance
vii. A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
viii. Evidence of financial capability
ix. Evidence of at least 3 years similar job executed (certificate of job completion)
x. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent addressed to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Youth and Sport, Damaturu, Yobe State,
c) Submission of Tender Documents Interested bidders are to submit two 2 copies of their Tender Documents in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Permanent Secretary clearly marked Tender Documents for the construction of Stadium Community Sports Centers Buni Yadi Yobe State and deliver to the office of the Permanent Secretary not later than 12:00 noon on the 8th July, 2020.
d) OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENT
All Tender documents received before the deadline of submission will be opened immediately after the closing period.
Note: Only pre-qualified bidders will be contacted for award of contract.
